Return & Refund Policy

At Suburban Industries LTD, we stand behind the precision and global excellence of our 18-company ecosystem. Because our portfolio spans from bespoke fashion to high-value horology, we maintain a structured return policy to protect the integrity of our craftsmanship and your investment.

1. 15-Day Standard Return Window

We offer a 15-day return period for most physical goods. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original, pristine condition.

  • Complete with all original tags and "Suburban" luxury packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or digital proof of purchase.

2. Subsidiary-Specific Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to the specialized nature of our firms, the following items are exempt from returns:

  • Marco Luciano (Flagship Ultra-Luxury): To maintain the "Unused Legacy" status of our flagship brand, timepieces and high-end accessories must have all security seals and protective films intact. Any sign of wear, including creases on leather or hairline scratches on casings, will void the return.

  • Suburban Al-Turath (Jewelry): For hygiene and asset protection, jewelry pieces with broken security tags or signs of use are non-returnable.

  • Jass & Co Lifestyles (Personalized Fashion): Any item featuring bespoke tailoring, monograms, or custom-requested modifications is Final Sale.

  • Fuel & Flourish Studios: All wellness consumables and health consultancy services are non-refundable once the service has commenced or the product seal is broken.

  • Suburban Real Estate / Jumeirah Real Estate: All service-related deposits and agency fees are governed by their respective individual development contracts.

3. The Return Process

  • Authorization: Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. As a global conglomerate, we require the use of trackable shipping services, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

  • Inspection: Every return is processed by Suburban Retail. Our quality control experts—including master horologists for Marco Luciano items—will inspect the goods to ensure they meet our standard of resale.

4. Refunds

Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damages & Issues

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If an item is defective or if you receive an incorrect shipment (e.g., a Marco Luciano asset or a Suburban Al-Turath piece), contact us within 48 hours so our team can rectify the error with priority shipping.
